
The original recipe calls for regular mayonnaise, but you don’t lose anything by substituting a plant-based one in. You can add more mayo if you want it a little bit creamier.

The combination of fresh dill, peas, and cauliflower makes an exceptional summer salad. Since there is no spice, it would a good addition to a meal that has some spicier dishes.

Cauliflower Pea Salad
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower broken into small pieces
- 12 oz fresh or frozen peas cooked for 3 minutes
- 1 C plant-based mayonnaise
- ½ small onion chopped fine
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 Tbsp plant-based milk
- 1 Tbsp dillweed dried or fresh
Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise, onion, seasoning salt, milk, and dill. Add cauliflower and peas and mix well. Chill for 1-2 hours.
