This grilled pork recipe has a sweet, mustardy, marinade that makes light flavorful coating for grilling. You don’t need a sauce for this due to the marinade, but keep an eye on the grill as it is easy to dry these out.

Notes
Nutrition
Super easy and quick main course. You may not want to grill it until right before you are ready to serve as it cooks fast. The mustard does tend to make a lot of smoke, so be sure your fan is on high if you are not grilling this outside.
